Okay, I need to say this out loud- neurofeedback has actually been wildly helpful for me. I’ve always been super high‑strung- skipping a beat over deadlines, spiraling over small things, and absolutely boiling behind the wheel when someone cuts me off.
But after just a few neurofeedback sessions, I noticed I fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and actually wake up feeling rested.
